Returns
At The Shoe Guy in AZ we want you to be happy with your purchase! We appreciate your business.
Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in unused condition. Refunds are for merchandise only, less shipping and handling. Please return the item in it's original packaging. Please do not use the shoe box as a packing box unless you have wrapped it in brown paper or another box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.
If you are returning an item we recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please use common sense when packing and returning your item. We cannot issue refunds on returned items that have been damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed and posted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
